The Block Party in Dallas was so much fun this year just like every year. Most cities celebrate on Halloween but in Dallas it is the weekend before Halloween you see creatures of all kinds strutting the streets. It brings out lots of hotties and lots of people. Last year my favorite was the Larry Craig Bathroom who won the contest — we also took some good video of the block party that we will post soon.
This is a hot mess too. Just when you think its Courtney Love its a Drag queen that is impersonating Madonna one night at Empire Thursdays and the Madonna afterparty but she gets the mess award of the year and I looooove it! This diva was fabulous and put on a great show of being the messiest of the bunch. Even messier than we were and that gets you some points!
Boston Sundays are much funner than some cities and there were some hotties there too. Good music and a fun dance on sofa kinda place. Well it was dance on sofa and on top of the sofa “boxes”. If that makes any sense.
The Hot Mess music is 80’s and 90’s and anything they say but Boy George. Aww, why not Boy George? I think one of his fan club sites links here =)

I call it Sindays not Sundays. There is a new club night in the big metro area of Dallas. The new Sunday hotspot is at the Thoth Lounge at 1301 Main Street on the corner of Main and Field presented by Axel and Snow Queen.
The cover is only $5 which is way cheaper than the $8 you have to pay at S4 in Dallas. There is also bottle service and a VIP room and booths available and get this… Valet service.
There are also drag queens, DJ’s and a nice dance floor all ready for the grand opening on October 26th and then every Sunday from then on… we hope…
If they want to compete with S4’s very popular Sunday nights they should have made the club 18 that night. Most 21 and enter Sundays fail unless they have Daisy D or TP Lords performing especially in a ghost town such as Deep Ellum on a Sunday night. Consider making the club 18 and $8 for them and $5 for 21. S4 is charging a whopping $15 on their hip hop/rap Sunday night. Just a thought =)*
October brings cooler weather, pumpkins, colorful trees, haunted houses, big record label song releases, and one of the funnest Holidays. At the Madonna concert she says “if theirs excitement, put me in it,” and this weekend in Dallas will be more than excitement. There are two huge events going on this year and if you do not have a costume yet do not worry… you may not even need one at one of the places.
Oaklawn Block Party – 7pm to 12M Saturday, October 25
The streets of Oaklawn and Cedar Springs Blvd will be lined up with ghosts, ghouls, Britney Spears, Sarah Palin, Larry Craig, soccer boys, soccer moms, cheerleaders, mass murderers, tax men, sailors, and angels. Oh yeah and Pirates. And most likely you will see some signs of Batman. The FairyTales street party takes place on the street between Knight and Oaklawn on Cedar Springs in front of all the neighborhood clubs. Come stop by and meet us hanging out in front of the Roundup and Mickey’s bar. All clubs in the gayborhood will be 21 and up this Saturday 25th but everyone will be leaving to go to the 18+ Meltdown party at the Lizard Lounge around 12 Midnight which is really going to heat things up!!

WE URGE YOU NOT TO SUPPORT CAVEN CLUBS IN DALLAS. PARTY ON THE BLOCK, YES. BUT DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY IN THEIR CLUBS WHICH CONSIST OF TMC, S4 Station 4 , JR’s Bar and Grill, and SUE ELLEN’s. Go inside them if you need to but do not spend any money. Let them know that the door managers need to quit bullying guests and treating good customers like criminals. Politics inside the club have even ran off some of the best people in our community. The only way we can get the corporate office to listen is to boycott all Caven clubs and let them know there are some people working there that are not doing their jobs in an ethical way.

Well you know its a party foul to bring down a party site. What is the world coming to? The site got so messed up and database was so corrupt we just started deleting add-ons and have been down and up for over a week. Hmmm does this remind you of another bigger Gay site that keeps doing the same thing? Ok, so you can now compare us to Gay.com their site has been a clusterfukk ever since they have been trying get it up from their redesign efforts.
