Gaga Does Dallas, Stops by Gay Country Bar

The Oaklawn scene was so busy last night with Lady Gaga in town.  So many look-a-likes out there and you would have thought the paparazzi was out because there were flashes everywhere.  Gaga week in Dallas will be here forever after the great show she put on and tribute she gave to the great people of roundup who recently celebrated 30 years but just two years of it being Gaga’s home.  Lady Gaga performed Thursday night and then on Friday night her limo appeared outside the Roundup Saloon, a gay country bar and everyone quit dancing and put down their drinks to take pics! it was a mad house…so hot in there but we survived.  Lady Gaga thanked her little monsters once again and showed her appreciation to the Roundup who had her perform two years ago on their dancefloor.  This is something you would think would come from Dolly Parton but it was Miss Gaga the queen of sweet, love, and appreciation.  Who would ever expect this much love from a Diva such as Gaga.  She is simply amazing and loves her gays!  Although I think she wanted to see some dancing as she was sitting in an uplifted area overlooking the dancefloor and people were not dancing for her..well ok I was.  xoxo

We partied at Roundup some more until Gaga left but it was so hot in there we had to cool off at Station 4 across the street.  We knew we had a cold drink waiting over at S4.  Amber is one hot blond bartender (not normally Blond) at the Lady Gaga afterparty at Station 4 in Dallas.  Stop by and see her and her friend Kat at the same bar if in D.

Britney Spears at White Party for Agnes Performance

While I was inside the VIP tent that had a circus theme I was thinking to myself that it sure looked like something Britney would put together.  Then again the whole T-Dance is kind of circus like so maybe it was just a coincidence or they knew all along Britney would be there.   I looked over the Britney pic and could not figure out that area where she was because I did not see a closed off section in the VIP area like that but it was the same seats and colors.  Definitely makes it worth your VIP pass purchase if you get celebrity sightings along with an area to chill.   Interesting though that she came out to the White Party to see Agnes and even posted about it on Twitter.. that shows she still loves her gays and she is not too domestic these days.  I was beginning to wonder about her!  This may have been the first Circuit Party I have seen her attend but then again she has been spotted during Hustlaball in Vegas at Piranha nightclub in the VIP section upstairs for about 30 minutes or so that night.  

While Britney was in Palm Springs she hung out at the T-Dance in her VIP area of course and some backstage to meet up with Agnes “Release Me” and Kim Zolciak “Tardy For The Party” with additional Real Housewives.  Agnes did a few songs that led up to her hit dance song “Release Me” which had everybody jumping.

The T-Dance was not only full of shirtless men but had drag queens from Ru Pauls Drag Race among a mix of everyone.  The ferris wheel was a great view of the most gorgeous Palm Springs and the surrounding mountains and then they had the drop down ride which I could not get anyone to ride with me.  Scarredy cats.  My goal next year is to find someone and make out on the ferris wheel looking out at the mountains with Britney actually performing on stage.  That would be hot!

The great thing about the White Party in Palm Springs is that you will meet guys from Vancouver, Seattle, London, and all over.  One of the great reasons we love circuit parties so much.

But so much for Britney Spears Standing there for a photo-op lets get to the real pics of the party where we saw Kim Zolciak from Real Housewives of Atlanta perform her hit song umm Twice.  She only performed that one song but hey I guess we had to hear a repeat.. we got some good pics of her though.

Michael Jackson and Madonna Live (What could have been)

What if Michael Jackson and Madonna got together to do a LIVE song. This was not so far out of the question because Madonna and Michael Jackson had a planned secret show to hook up in London and amaze everyone. The video below shows that this song Miles Away and Do you remember the Time could have been the perfect collaboration song and if it wasn’t then it would be now. This is a shame we did not get to see them together on stage as we know they did date at one point.

Madonna recently mentioned Michael Jackson at the 02 Arena in London on July 4th Weekend during her 2nd leg Opening of the Sticky & Sweet Tour 2009. She had a Michael Jackson imposture come out during her Holiday song and interrupt it and then the dancer came out and did some classic moves. Madonna then said he was one of the greatest artists of all time and said let the “King Live Forever!”. Coming from the Queen this is the highest vote Michael Jackson can get here on Earth.

There will be a huge Michael Jackson Tribute in London possibly for his birthday with some popular artists to be announced. This will also be at this 02 Arena in London that Jackson was supposed to start his tour this month.

Janice Dickinson Hosts Underwear Show

Janice Dickinson whom most of us know as a supermodel, and the reality shows America’s Next Top Model, and The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency hosted a underwear runway show at Krave in Vegas.  Andrew Christian had their models showing off the latest underwear fashion on the Krave stage and Janice Dickinson was doing her thing.  Damn shes looking good!

Who would have thought that Vegas could be so exciting during an off week.  We saw billboards all over town saying that Janice Dickinson was going to be at Krave Saturday night a club we were going to anyway.

We had just got back from the Cher concert it was a great show.  I am amazed how Cher can change clothes and wigs so many times that is a magic show in itself.  I was happy to see Cher perform “Do you believe” and “Strong Enough” my favorite songs although she did not perform “One by One” which was a big club hit.

The top left picture has Janice Dickinson announcing the underwear models and house DJ Morningstar to her right.  The picture below shows the Krave billboard displaying the Andrew Christian models butts above 8 1/2 nightclub in the Vegas fruitloop area.  I saw two of these billboards showing some butts around Vegas.

RuPaul to perform at Krave Vegas

Las Vegas has emerged from its dark days where they hid the gay bars away from everyone. Krave has came blasting out of the closet the last few years with some of the best DJ’s and performers. Krave celebrates its 4th anniversary this Saturday. Krave is located on the Las Vegas strip next to the Miracle Mile mall which is connected to the Planet Hollywood Casino and Resort.

Your best bet if you want to see RuPaul perform this weekend is to stay at Planet Hollywood and earn some Starwood points. (Starwood is the hotel chain that owns the fabulous W hotels so these points always come in handy) That way you can walk to the club and get as intoxicated as you wish without having to deal with cabs.

The great thing about this club is its right off the Vegas strip. So close to everything and just a few blocks away from the fruit loop where you will find 8 1/2 and Piranah. Krave even bought a huge billboard above Gypsy with RuPaul hovering over Vegas. Gotta love that!

This is a good weekend to goto Vegas with Wanda Sykes in town and this Anniversary Party. Wished I could be two places at once!

MadonnaRama 2008 Pics

madonna partyHouston celebrated a sexual seduction last Saturday night when they brought out the cone bras and the all-time hottest diva. Just a few days before the record release of Madonna’s Hard Candy one of the biggest events took place at SouthBeach nightclub.There were drag performances throughout the night and a club premier of the next single of Give It To Me. There was a hottie wearing a shirt that said Sticky and Sweet which are they lyrics to another guaranteed 2008 club hit Candy Shop.

April 26th must be one of the biggest club nights of the year or maybe the 4th weekend in April. Every club in the nation was throwing some sort of event this weekend. I even saw a Chris Ryan promotion for the Splash club in NYC that had a Madonna giveaway that was 18 to enter last weekend.

Now that the party in Houston is over I now remember what I wanted to bring with me… a lollipop. It would have been the hard candy that I forgot to bring.

JR’s bar and grill in Dallas plans on doing it’s own “MadonnaRama” this Friday but it should be held at Station 4 not in a tavern.  JR’s is free admission but a bar setting and no dancefloor.  Here are some pics from the Houston Southbeach event:  (more pics can be found over at Seeowl.net)

Britney Spears spotted at Gay Vegas Nightclub

You have probably heard of Britney Spears and Paris Hilton spotted at nightclubs lately but now the diva has been spotted twice this week at gay clubs.  The GayVN expo and Hustlaball had their final party tonight at Piranha Nightclub in Vegas and Britney Spears walked in to shock everyone.  We have heard from Krave nightclub she was originally supposed to go there but decided to make an appearance at Piranha where she partied it up in V.I.P. Cabana number two.  The security escorted her around everywhere so we could not even get a picture.  Which everyone should let her party without all the hassle anyway.

We were happy to see Britney come out and party at Club Piranha tonight and hope she comes out again.  It certainly made everyones night.  She was also spotted at Club Tigerheat last Thursday night in Los Angeles.  Piranha nightclub and 8 1/2 also had an appearance from Janet Jackson last month.  This seems to be the new place in Vegas for celebrities to be seen.
