Party Every Night in NYC

Tuesday night was one of my favorite nights to go out it was a Twink Fest. There are a few things to do this night with one being a contest at Splash Nightclub in Chelsea. This is the only 18 and up night and you will get some of the hottest twink and college aged tourists and locals come out and dance to DJ Steve Sidewalk. The contest the night I was there featured an Australian vs. a California boy. It was a close, close contest and the LA boy won. I remember reading that Splash was doing this big remodeling project but I was yet to see any real changes. They do have hot gogo dancers and are located in the heart of the gayborhood.

Tuesday night also offers a more scruff filled evening at Trick Tuesdays at Hardware Bar off 697 Tenth Ave. The flyer for this party says to dance and get slutty in dark and that anything goes. This is a new party for NY and looks fun. Their also seems to be a Monday night party going on at the Cock in Manhattan.

Wednesday night the hump day begins with NYC Club Scene with Anchor Wednesdays featuring Paige Turner and sailors and gogo dancers. The Anchor NYC is at 310 Spring Street (between Greenwich and Hudson in Soho.

Thursdays are a college 21 and up night at XL Nightclub called “20 Something” which offers gogo dancers and a cute college crowd.

Friday nights are made for PentHaus where they offer a rooftop party at Copacabana with one of the areas mostly vip booths and a nice sized dancefloor. There is also a room upstairs over-looking the dancefloor if you wish to get drinks faster than the bartenders downstairs. Penthaus is a fun weekly party and is free if you RSVP. The RSVP was kind of strange because they seem to ask you so many questions and have a time meter like it is a Ticketmaster purchase. I did RSVP though before the event that day and walked right in while others were waiting in line. It was a hot crowd and they had a violinist perform which was fabulous.

Saturday nights are about to really heat up in NYC with two new nights. There may be some promoter drama with XL Nightclub and John Blair is moving his party over to Viva Saturdays at Fourty 8 an all new venue off 48th street. John Blair, Beto Sutter and Ric Sena all bring this huge event every Saturday. It is basically like they are teaming up with an Allegra event every week. XL Nightclub has re-invented their Saturday nights to be named XLS and judging from last Saturday it was a packed house full of meat.

Sunday nights we still enjoy Greenhouse which is where the House music and club kids and drag queens and every body else comes to play on the day of sin. Save your Sunday Funday for this late night party you will love it. #partymonsterstyle
