Kylie fans will love this! To celebrate the North American tour Aphrodite, Astralwerks Records will release a new exclusive digital EP North American Tour Bonus Edition on May 3rd. The EP consists of 5 live recordings, three from a semi-acoustic BBC Live Lounge session – “Can’t Get You Out Of My Head,” “All The Lovers” and “Get Outta My Way”, and two recorded live in New York in October 2009 during Kylie’s first North American Tour – “Better Than Today” and “Confide In Me”. As a special fan treat the EP also includes a short film featuring behind the scenes footage of Kylie on tour plus original tour wardrobe sketches by Dolce & Gabbana.
In addition a new remix EP for the song “Put Your Hands Up” will be released on May 31st which will include the album track with brand new remixes including the Pete Hammond remix that Kylie shared with fans as a thank you for the support of the song during the live shows on the European leg of the tour. Kylie sent the following message when she posted a lyric video with the remix on her YouTube channel: “Thank you all for making Aphrodite Les Folies’ such an amazing experience for me. Those of you who have been to a show will know that ‘Put Your Hands Up’ goes OFF! So as a tour thank you I wanted to share this 80’s-tastic remix by the legendary Pete Hammond. I like this look Kylie has with her American tanktop this kind of looks like Madonna’s American Life meets Ke$ha’s flag she is always displaying.
