Hottest Dance Songs of Summer 2014 (Based on Gay Days play)

wevoguepartygaydaysWe should probably rename the title to the hottest songs of Gay Days weekend in Orlando which is what we mainly based it on so far. We thought we would come up with a list of the songs that were some of the theme songs of the events taking place between the WE Vogue party, Typhoon Lagoon Riptide, Pulse, RBarr, the pool parties, and the Parliament House.

Having polled people and listened to several dj’s over the weekend we would say that Cher’s new “I Walk Alone” would be the theme song for the big weekend but may not survive the entire summer with so much new music coming out. We heard lots of RuPauls “Sissy That Walk” and strangely enough Madonna’s Vogue instead of her newer music due to the WE themed party they were promoting. Although there is a rumor that Madonna is releasing a new single next week with Katy Perry called Unapologetic. Also, Adore from RuPaul’s Drag race just broke the shows records by landing in the top 5 on the Dance album chart this week.

bottom boys underwearRita Ora is getting some heavy airplay on Sirius XM BPM right for her latest “I will never let you down”. We are loving that song! All of Me by John Legend may be a song that everyone is sick of when heard on the top 40 radio because it is played so much but at the clubs it was a hit because it was mixed so good. Of course, the original version would have just made everyone go home. We were glad to see that irritating Lil Jon song not make the list “turnt” should be left for the straights to figure out.
